Engineered for the Gulf Coast
Patio Pavers Designed for 30A Backyards
Every patio we build is engineered for Florida’s coastal soil, salt air, and the way homeowners here actually live outdoors year-round.
Built for Florida’s Conditions
Sandy coastal soils along 30A shift differently from inland properties. Our base preparation of 6 to 8 inches of compacted aggregate prevents settling and migration that standard installations skip.
More Design Freedom
Pavers give you complete creative control. Herringbone, basketweave, running bond, custom inlays, contrasting borders: every pattern can be tailored to your home’s architecture.
Stronger Property Value
A premium patio transforms your outdoor square footage into livable, usable space. In the 30A market, outdoor living areas directly impact resale value and rental appeal.
Easier Section Repair
Unlike poured concrete, individual pavers can be lifted, replaced, and reset without breaking up the entire surface. Utility access or impact damage doesn’t mean a full reinstall.
Stronger Visual Value
It’s a surface you’ll see every day from inside the home. A well-designed patio extends your interior visual space, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Built for the Next Upgrade
Pavers integrate cleanly with fire features, outdoor kitchens, pool decks, and retaining walls. Your patio becomes the foundation of a complete outdoor living system.

HOW WE WORK
Our Patio Paver Installation Process
Every patio follows an ICPI-compliant process that ensures lasting performance in Florida’s demanding coastal soils.
1
Free Consultation & Design
We meet you on-site, assess your space, review material options, and build a design plan around your vision and home architecture.
2
Site Preparation & Excavation
We excavate to the correct depth for your soil type. Coastal sandy soils require a properly compacted gravel base for long-term stability.
3
Base Layer Installation
A compacted aggregate base of 6 to 8 inches is installed and leveled. Bedding sand is screeded to precise tolerances before paver placement begins.
4
Paver Installation
Pavers are laid in your chosen pattern: herringbone, basketweave, running bond, stack bond, or a fully custom design. Level is checked throughout.
5
Borders, Edge Restraints & Detailing
Perimeter restraints lock the patio permanently against lateral movement. Decorative borders or contrasting inlays are installed at this stage.
6
Final Walkthrough
We review the completed patio with you in detail, confirming alignment, tolerances, and edge finishing before we leave the site.
SURFACE APPLICATIONS
Patio Ideas That Expand the Backyard Experience
A well-designed patio covers far more than just the main sitting area. Explore how paver surfaces extend your outdoor program.

Main Patio Surface
Open-Air Entertaining Space
The primary patio surface is designed for dining, seating, and outdoor living. Travertine and large-format natural stone are the top choices here.

Pool Integration
Pool Deck & Surrounding Areas
Travertine stays cool underfoot even in direct Florida sun. The surface flows from the patio edge to the pool deck without visual or elevation breaks.

Outdoor Kitchen
Kitchen & Grill Station Surfaces
Pavers create the right foundation for built-in grills, outdoor kitchens, and dining areas. Durable enough for heavy use, clean enough to complement custom cabinetry.
