Free Consultation & Design
We assess the grade change, soil type, drainage conditions, and wall height on-site before any design or material specification is produced.

Site Preparation & Excavation
Excavation for the wall base and drainage trench is completed to the depth required by the soil load and the wall height required on 30A’s coastal sandy soils.

Base Layer Installation
A compacted aggregate base is installed to level and set the first course of wall block accurately. The base determines how the full wall tracks and holds.

Wall Construction
Wall blocks are set course by course with the specified batter angle. Geogrid reinforcement is installed at the intervals required by the wall height and soil load requirements.

Drainage & Backfill
Drainage aggregate is backfilled behind the wall as courses are set. A perforated pipe at the base directs groundwater away from the wall structure.

Cap & Final Walkthrough
We confirm wall alignment, cap installation, drainage outlet position, and the transition to any adjacent patio or step surface before the job is closed.
